Terms of Service
These terms explain the basic rules for using RankedMCPvP, joining testing, receiving rankings and taking part in the network.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By using RankedMCPvP, the website, Discord server, verification system, queue system, rankings, events, or any connected service, you agree to these Terms of Service and any rules posted by staff.
2. Eligibility
You must follow Discord's Terms of Service and be old enough to use Discord in your region. If you are not allowed to use Discord or Minecraft online services, you should not use RankedMCPvP.
3. Network Purpose
RankedMCPvP is a Minecraft Tier Testing Network made for competitive PvP testing, rankings, queues, community activity, and related website or Discord features.
4. Verification and Accounts
You may be required to connect or verify a Minecraft account with a Discord account. You are responsible for the accounts you use and for keeping them secure. Staff may deny, remove, or review verification if abuse, impersonation, or account sharing is suspected.
5. Testing and Rankings
Tier results may be based on tester judgment, match performance, evidence, staff review, queue activity, and network rules. Rankings can be corrected, removed, reset, or reviewed if they are inaccurate, boosted, cheated, manipulated, outdated, or gained through rule breaking.
6. Player Conduct
You may not cheat, exploit bugs, harass others, dox, threaten, evade punishments, impersonate users or staff, manipulate tests, fake evidence, sell results, spam, bot, raid, or disrupt the network. Staff may restrict access when needed to protect the community.
7. Moderation and Restrictions
Staff may warn, mute, kick, ban, blacklist, remove rankings, restrict queues, or limit access to website or Discord features. Punishments may be applied when staff believe it is needed for safety, fairness, abuse prevention, or rule enforcement.
8. Service Changes
RankedMCPvP may change, pause, remove, or update modes, queues, ranks, features, rules, Discord systems, website pages, or requirements at any time. Access is not guaranteed and may be limited during maintenance, beta testing, abuse prevention, or staff review.
9. No Affiliation
RankedMCPvP is an independent network. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or connected to Mojang, Microsoft, Discord, or any other tierlist, server, brand, or company unless clearly stated by RankedMCPvP.
10. Liability
RankedMCPvP is provided as-is. We do not guarantee uptime, error-free service, permanent rankings, permanent access, or that all information will always be fully accurate. Use the service at your own risk.

12. Changes to These Terms
